Stage 1
Welcome in our Courtyard
The starting point of our wine experience is in our estate’s courtyard. Upon arrival, we’ll offer you some water and a small snack to get you started. Then, with a glass in hand, we’ll begin our walk through the vineyard.
Stage 2
Visit to the Vineyard, Apple Orchard, and Tasting of the 1st Wine
As we walk through the vineyards and apple orchards, I’ll share my philosophy on producing wine in harmony with nature and sustainability. Once we arrive, you’ll get to taste the Pinot Bianco “La Traversara” Alto Adige DOC, along with plenty of exclusive insights about the wine.
Stage 3
Tasting the 2nd Wine in our Winery with a Small South Tyrolean Snack
After our walk through the vineyards and apple orchards, we’ll head back to the winery to taste the Pinot Nero “La Traversara” Alto Adige DOC. As I share all the details about the wine, you’ll enjoy a small South Tyrolean snack.

Born in 1981 on a small apple farm, Hubert pursued agricultural training and then began his professional journey with various multinational companies in the agricultural sector. As a side activity, Hubert, together with his family, manages their small family farm. In 2019, they embarked on the ‘La Traversara’ project by planting their first vineyard. La Traversara represents the production of high-quality wins not as a profession, but as a true passion.
